Step 1:

Choose "Online-shop" on the main menu then choose category to get to the Product. Click on [Product details] for further information on each product. When you have chosen a product give the quantity in and click on [Add to cart].

Step 2:

You can find the chosen Item with quantity and total price in your cart. To choose another product simply click on the [<<Continue shopping]. Once you have chosen another product then click on the [add to cart]. 

Step 3:

If you are already a registered Costumer, you can enter your user-name and password then click on "Log-in".

If you are a new Costumer, please fill out billing information to register.
After you have read and agree to our general terms and conditions then click on "Send Registration".

Step 4:

If your shipping address is inside Germany please choose: Versichertes Paket (national).
If your shipping address is outside of Germany but inside of the European Union please choose: Versichertes Paket (Europäische Union).
We do not ship outside of the European Union. (US web-shop coming soon)

Step 5:

As Payment. We offer Electronic bank transfer or COD (+ 4,- Euro Charge). You will receive an e-mail confirming your order with our bank information. If you chose electronic bank transfer: Please transfer the amount to the Bank account number on your order confirmation. Your order will then be shipped. If you chose COD then your order will be shipped ASAP. Payment will then be collected by the shipping company.

Step 6:

You can check the status of your order by entering your user-name and password that you received with your e-mail order confirmation.
